FTS has sponsored and organized many large gatherings and conferences over the years. Still ongoing are the Port Townsend Tree Festival (since 1990), Fairhaven Bellingham Tree Sale (since 1990), Northwest Herbal Faire (since 1996), Montana Herb Gathering (since 1998), and most lately the Fairy & Human Relations Congress (since 2001).
