Call for presenters and panelists

 
We are looking for herb growers and people involved in the herb trade to offer workshops and/or sit on panels.  We hope everyone will participate in the roundtable discussions and working groups.
 

The Conference is a wonderful educational & networking opportunity that will strengthen the health and vitality of the herbal community in general and herb farmers in particular.  Join us!

 
The conference will include:
2 or 3 intensive workshops on Friday.  (Jeff Carpenter and Peg Schafer will lead two of the intensives.
3 workshop periods on Saturday and 2 on Sunday with 10+ concurrent workshops, panels and discussions.
Working groups may form for ongoing work.
Circa 60 scheduled events in all.
 
FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS:
We appreciate if you can support the conference by paying your way or becoming one of the conference sponsors.
We will waive admission charges for presenters who request it. In some cases we can cover accommodation and/or meal costs. In a few cases we can cover travel expenses.  
 
SPONSORSHIP. Are you interested in being a conference sponsor? Sponsorship levels are $2,000, $1,000 and $500. 
 
PUBLICITY: We appreciate your help with publicity. Do you have a newsletter? Websites? A shop to display posters? An outlet for handbills? Relevant email listserves you can send to?
 
Our poster will list all the presenters signed up as of the time of printing. All presenters will be listed on our website along with your workshop information, Bio and website link.
