Letter to Vendors

Welcome Vendors,

We are excited to host you for the first-ever Medicinal Herb Growing and Marketing Conference. Based on interest and ticket sales we expect a healthy attendance in the 350-400 range.

I would like to introduce myself as Trade Show coordinator. I am Melissa Yaden, EAMP and I will be your main point of contact for coordination regarding your vendor table at this event.

Meals can be purchased on the website (under registration).

We are still not set up to take accommodations on the website. We will notify you when this is available. In the meantime, please contact Michael Pilarski about booking your accommodations.

Please Note that all Vendors must fill out the Vendor Application. For Sponsors of $500+ the vendor fee is included.

Please also note that payments for Vendors are to be remitted through Paypal or check via the on-line trade show Vendor Application form or by downloading the Vendor Application form and sending a check in the mail. Please make checks payable to Friends of the Trees Society and send to:
