Fort Worden has a large dining hall and caterers will prepare meals from Friday lunch to Sunday lunch. Fort Worden is run by a locally-controlled Public Development Authority and they assembled a culinary supergroup to develop a locally sourced eating experience. Our herb conference will enjoy their world-class dining selections, with a focus on local and organic foods. All food is made from scratch, providing an elegant and customized food experience. From traditional dishes to modern surprises, you’ll find dining at the Fort Worden Commons to be a real treat. This will be a buffet servery.
