Here is the overall running schedule for the conference. Be sure also to refer to the Workshop Schedule for days and times specific to the workshops.

FRIDAY

9:30 am Registration for intensives opens. USO Hall Lobby

10:00 – 12:30. Intensives morning session.

12:00 Noon. General registration opens.

12:30 – 1:30. Lunch  

1:30 – 4:30 Intensives afternoon session.

5:30 – 6:45  Dinner

7:00 – 7:30  Welcome and Opening Circle. USO Hall

7:30 – 9:00 Keynote speakers. USO Hall.

9:00-10:30 Social mixer. Trade show. Special interest groups meet-up. Music in the Country Blues style will be provided from 9 pm to 10:30 pm by Cort Armstrong with Matt Sircely and Mick Nicholson.

11:00 pm. USO Hall locks up.

SATURDAY

6:30 – 7:30 am  Open scheduling for yoga, tai chi, plant walks, beach walks,

7:00 am – 9:00 pm Registration. USO Hall.

7:30 – 9:00  Breakfast, Commons Bldg..

9:15 - 10:15 Morning circle and plenary. OSU or outside

10:30 – 12:00 Workshop Period A, Bldg. 204, Seminar Bldg, USO

12:00 – 1:30  Lunch

2:00 – 3:30   Workshop Period B

3:45 – 5:15  Workshop Period C

5:30 – 6:00   Circle/Plenary

6:00 – 7:30  Dinner  

7:30 – 9:30   Beverage Tasting. Growers/Buyers Meet-up. Trade show.

9:30  on. Music, socializing, Open scheduling for caucuses or discussions.

11:00 pm. USO Hall locks up.

SUNDAY

6:30 – 7:30 am  Open scheduling for interest groups, yoga, tai chi, plant walks, beach walks.

7:30 am – 3:00 pm Registration. USO Hall.

7:30 – 8:30   Breakfast

8:30 am – 4:00 pm Herb Trade Show. USO Hall

8:45 – 10:15 Workshop Period D

10:30 – 12:00 Workshop Period E

12:00 – 1:30  Lunch

2:00 – 3:30  Workshop Period F. Special interest groups. 

3:45 – 4:45  Plenary.  Where do we go from here. Proposals for action.

4:45 – 5:00  Closing Circle
