Our herb output increased by about 25% in 2017. The result of additional plantings, more hands and starting 3,000 seedlings in a greenhouse. Our herbs are sustainably wildcrafted or grown with love in diverse, beautiful polycultures. All harvesting and processing is done by hand. Artisan herbs would be an apt description. About 60% of our business is fresh shipping and 40% dried. Here is what we have dried in stock as of November 16.
