My Herb Farming Business for Sale

Farmers working in Skeeter's medicinal herb garden.
Medicinal herbs growing on Skeeter's farm.

My herb farm business on two plots near Port Townsend, WA: ¼ acre and ½ acre is for sale. The plots are on leased land and the buyers would take over the leases.  The value of the perennial plants in the ground at the two sites combined is over $13,000.  There is an established customer base and I will assist with training throughout the 2018 growing season. The herbs sold in 2017 made several hundred thousand dollars in value-added herbal products. Great opportunity for someone who wants to start an herbal products business.

I started farming (organically) in 1972 and have been farming medicinal herbs for the last 22 years.  I want to wind down my farming in 2018 and retire from farming in 2019. I am looking for someone to take over the herb farm.
